Law360: Privacy & Cybersecurity Policy to Watch in 2026

Michael Gold, partner and Chair of the firm’s Cybersecurity and Privacy Group, was recently quoted in the Law360 article, “Privacy & Cybersecurity Policy to Watch in 2026.” The article discus the federal and state policy issues attorneys are tracking in the new year, including the drive to eliminate AI laws at the state level.

Gold told Law360, “2025 was a big year for AI and all of its facets, and in 2026 we’re going to see all of these efforts become even more pronounced and address AI-related issues that haven’t even been thought about yet.”
